Hops 4 Hunger 2023

It’s that time of year again, we are proud to announce the start of our 2023 Hops 4 Hunger Drive!

Feed our neighbors by drinking beer? Done! This year, we will be releasing the Bevie Bag containing these amazing elixirs:

  • 1 Can Zero Gravity “The Bevie” IPA
  • 1 Can Lawson’s Finest Liquids Triple Sunshine
  • 1 Can Of Either Hill Farmstead Susan Or Hill Farmstead Dharma Bum
  • 1 Can Of Either Alchemist Rapture Or Alchemist Mortal Sin

These bags may also contain a hidden goodie, with Bevie Gift Cards, vouchers for some delicious Tipsy Pickles, and other swag in the mix! The Bevie Bag is $25.00.

In addition, we will have 4-packs available for sale of Fiddlehead Mastermind($13.99), Zero Gravity “The Bevie” IPA($15.99), and Lawson’s Triple Sunshine($15.79).

Also, House of Fermentology has generously contributed a drop of two releases, their incredible Pink Dot and their oak-aged Funk on the Water wild ale, to aid in our efforts! Both bottles are $22.99 each.

As is always the case with our Hops 4 Hunger event, 100% of our profits from the sale of the Bevie Bags and all of the aforementioned beers will be donated to our local food shelves.

Thank you so much to our friends at the Alchemist, Zero Gravity, Hill Farmstead, Fiddlehead, House of Fermentology, and Lawson’s Finest, who helped make this year’s drive possible. These bags may also contain a hidden goodie, with Bevie Gift Cards, vouchers for some delicious Tipsy Pickles, and other swag in the mix! The Bevie Bag is $23.00.

In addition, we will have 4-packs available for sale of Fiddlehead Mastermind($13.99), Zero Gravity the Bevie IIPA($15.99), and Alchemist Luscious($15.99) to benefit the cause!

Hops 4 Hunger 2021

Feed our neighbors by drinking beer? DONE!  We are pumped to hold our 7th Annual Hops 4 Hunger starting today, November 18th, and lasts until all bags are gone!

This year it is streamlined to 2 Bags with 4 amazing local brews.

Each bag is sold at a premium and 100% of our profits go to our local food shelves.

This year’s bags:

The Bevie Bag ($22)

In addition, we have an extremely limited amount of Beer Cave release single bottles to benefit the cause as well! Get in quick for a chance to purchase a bottle of Cantillon or one-off cellar release Drie Fonteinen (limit one[1] bottle per person).

The lunch bags may also contain a hidden goodie(no peeking), with Bevie gift cards, random swag, vouchers for a Bevie t-shirt, or maybe even a voucher for a jar of delicious Tipsy Pickles.

Golden Sour Ale – A slight departure from the original; aged in oak barrels with Nagami, Meiwa, and Centennial kumquats, zest of Seville oranges, and Vermont wildflower honey. 5.4%ABV

Depictive Dot
Golden Sour Ale – First time release. Following primary fermentation, this beer was aged in fresh red wine barrels and ultimately moved to HoF’s cherry wood foudre with VT maple syrup from RunAmok and seaberries from VT Seaberry Company. 7.7%ABV

Drink beer & feed our hungry neighbors!

100% of the Beverage Warehouse profits go to our local food shelves.

Event goes until over 400 “lunch bags” sell as well as stacks of beer.

Lunch bags contain 4 different cans and are $23 per bag. Single bottles are stacked and prices vary.

1 Can – Noise Ordinance Imp Milk Stout – FOAM

Menus will adjust as we sell through first half. We have too many possible combos! ( very similar to above )

These bags and the stacks are sold at a premium and 100% of the Beverage Warehouse of Vermont profits go to our local food shelves.
We also have stacks of beers sold as singles that will be marked for this event with all profits going to feed folk as well!

We will have a display of:

  • Hill Farmstead Brewery- Saison ( BIG STACK) ( as soon as truck arrives)
  • Bottles from Tilquin, Drie Fonteinen ( as soon as truck arrives)
  • House of Fermentology Purple Dot – ONE CASE!
  • 14th Star Brewing Company – Imperial BBA Maple Stout

Bags will be ready to go when we open at 10 AM Nov 15th. Some stacks are being delivered this day hopefully before 10!

Random bags contain swag from stickers, Beverage Warehouse of Vermont gift cards and vouchers for T-shirts and The Tipsy Pickle, LLC! ( no peeking!)
Bevie gift cards cannot be used on same day of bag purchase.
