     Joe Lemnah is the founder of Burlington Beer Company and was born in Burlington, Vermont and grew up in Essex Junction, Vermont. Growing up in Vermont Joe has been shaped by the food, spirit, and Vermont culture.
     After Joe brewed his first batch of home brew in September of 2006, he jumped head first into the art and science of brewing. Between 2006 and 2012, Joe brewed professionally at Olde Saratoga Brewing Co., Dogfish Head Craft Brewing Co., and Evolution Craft Brewing Co. starting on the packaging line up to Assistant Brew master at Evolution Brewing Co.
     Joe starts Burlington Beer Co. with more than 10,000 hours of professional brewing experience. Joe and his wife Beth have been settled back in Vermont since 2012 and had their first child in January 2014.
