Cabin Bier– Mixed culture ale fermented and aged in a single chardonnay barrel before bottling and further aged 4 months now. This is our favorite barrel in our fermentation space and wanted to offer up its first fill for our first release. 5.8% ABV | 375ml
Lodestar– Blended mixed culture ale fermented in a white wine puncheon and red wine barrels. 5.8% ABV | 750ml
