Every year, we look forward to the seasonal \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re variant from Unibroue.<\/span><\/strong>\u00a0 The 2017 \u00c9ph\u00e9m\u00e8re is Sureau (Elderberry) which is a flavor Vermonters should positively respond to.<\/p>\n

Think of the dark and tart Elderberry as a cousin to the Black Currant\u00a0\u2013 an extraordinarily popular berry grown in Vermont<\/span> <\/strong>and found in preserves, liquors, syrup, and other products throughout our great state.<\/p>\n
