Clay &amp; Limestone vineyard, partially in teraces located<br \/>\nat an average of 350 meters. Cool climate for the area with<br \/>\nbig temperature swings between night and day.<\/p>\n<p><strong>VINIFICATION:\u00a0<\/strong> The grapes are harvested exclusively in the morning and sorted twice. Destemming. \u2018Pressurage direct\u2019 for<br \/>\nCinsault, Grenache and Rolle. The Syrah is vinified<br \/>\npartially using the \u00absaignee\u00bb method. Vinified in<br \/>\ntemperature &#8211; controlled stainless steel vats (95%)<br \/>\nand in barrels (5%) with batonnage.<\/p>\n<h4>TASTING NOTES:<\/h4>\n<p>Gorgeous pale pink color with soft and shiny<br \/>\nreflections.\u00a0 This Crisp and precise 2015 has a lovely mineral<br \/>\nfreshness with delicate aromas of citrus, red fruits<br \/>\nand white flowers.\u00a0\u00a0 On the palate the terroir reveals a pretty balanced and elegant volume along with a very nice tension<br \/>\nbringing length.
