We choose to go a different route with is one. The hopping regiment is unique on this one, as we add no hops until the end of the boil. A theoretical 5 IBUs, what this beer lacks in bitterness it makes up for in flavor and aroma. A simple malt bill of Vienna, Wheat and 2-row with a touch of oats allows the hops to come through. Hopped heavily with Centennial, Columbus and Citra.<\/p>\n<h4><span style=\"color: #008000;\">15 case Burlington Beer Co.&nbsp; drop &#8211; Bring Forth the Mollusk (4.7%) Applewood Smoked Oyster Porter<\/span><\/h4>\n<p>Bring Forth the Mollusk is a collaboration w\/ Proclamation Brewing Co. from Rhode Island. Brewed with Applewood smoked malt and Rhode Island Oysters. We added the whole oysters to the boil for all the flavor of the oysters to be absorbed into the beer.
